​All orders should continue to be sent to Grantham Book Services up to, and including Monday, 30th September 2024.

How do I order?
From Tuesday, 1st October 2024, all orders should be sent directly to BookSource. By emailing customerservice@booksource.net, by calling 0141 642 9192, order via Pubeasy or order via Teleordering. Heartwood titles are included if you have an EDI arrangement with BookSource.

How do I set up a trade account with BookSource?
To open a trade account with us please complete this form. When we process your application and complete all the necessary checks, we will be in touch with your new account details.

Returns
Return requests from 1st October 2024 should be directed to Heartwood and upon approval, the stock is to be returned to BookSource. Further guidance can be found here.
​
Authorised returns of orders placed prior to the last invoicing date at GBS (Monday 30th September 2024), that require processing by Monday 30th December 2024, should be returned and received by GBS no later than Friday 13th December 2024. Beyond this date no returns will be processed at GBS.

Payments
Please make payment to the originating distributor. For invoices raised by BookSource (from Tuesday 1st October 2024 onwards), please click here for our payment options.

Claims
Please contact the originating distributor. For any issues with orders placed from Tuesday, 1st October 2024, please refer to the instructions provided here.

Discounts
Discounts arranged with Heartwood will continue to be in effect, and be included in any invoice raised by BookSource.
