Warehouse & Stock Management
BookSource operates a 4,000 sqm state-of-the-art warehouse close to all major routes. We've recently upgraded our warehouse to include a new innovative vertical storage system.

DataSource is BookSource's bibliographic data distribution service.

Order Fulfilment
Our team processes all orders from trade customers from across the world. Orders are collected from all industry standard ordering services including:
Direct Sales: Email and telephone,
EDI, Pubeasy, Teleorders and Batchline.
Credit management, invoicing, and cash collection
Our finance team have established relationships with all our customers. To mitigate risk to the publisher, all cash receipts are held separately and are protected by trust status until they are transferred to publishers.

Reporting and analytics
All clients of BookSource have access to InfoSource, our online reporting tool.
