​Our approach is to build a positive working relationship from day one. When you join BookSource, each client is allocated an experienced Client Manager who becomes their champion within BookSource. The Client Manager is responsible for advocating for the publisher and ensuring that they receive the highest level of service within our organisation. The Client Manager and (when necessary) the wider Client Services team are on hand to publishers with any queries, handling issues and resolving problems quickly and efficiently. They are involved in every step of the BookSource journey, from annual reviews to site visits.
