How do I order?

From 1st April 2026, all orders should be sent directly to BookSource. By emailing customerservice@booksource.net, by calling 0141 642 9192, order via Pubeasy or order via Teleordering. Joffe Books titles are included if you have an EDI arrangement with BookSource.

How do I set up a trade account with BookSource?

To open a trade account with us please complete this form. When we process your application and complete all the necessary checks, we will be in touch with your new account details.

Returns

Return requests from 1st April 2026 should be directed to Joffe Books and upon approval, the stock is to be returned to BookSource. Further guidance can be found here.

Payments 
Please make payment to the originating distributor. For invoices raised by BookSource (from 1st April 2026 onwards), please click here for our payment options.

Claims

Please contact the originating distributor. For any issues with orders placed with BookSource (from 1st April 2026), please refer to the instructions provided here.

Discounts
Discounts arranged with Joffe Books will continue to be in effect and be included in any invoice raised by BookSource.
